Our Made-to-Order Commitment

Each piece is crafted to order exclusively for you. As such, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, sizing discrepancies, or minor color variations due to screen calibration differences between digital and physical presentation.

As all items are made to order and personalised, they are exempt from the EU Consumer Rights Directive 14-day right of withdrawal (Article 16(c)).

Quality Guarantee

We stand behind the craftsmanship of every piece. Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery for manufacturing defects, printing errors, damaged goods, or shipping errors.

Initiating a Return

Please contact us at emi@artemiartelia.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number, photographs of the issue, and a brief description. We will respond within 2 business days with return authorization, shipping instructions, and a prepaid label if applicable.

Please note: Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is complimentary for defective or incorrectly shipped items. For all other approved returns, the customer is responsible for return postage.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days following receipt and inspection of the returned item.
