Made-to-Order Production
All our products are custom-made specifically for you after you place your order. This ensures the highest quality and reduces waste.
- Production Time: 2–5 business days
- Note: Over 97% of orders are produced and shipped within 5 business days, with more than 50% shipping within 3 business days.
Important: Production time does not include shipping time. Your order will be shipped once production is complete.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide from our production facilities using reliable carriers including DHL and UPS with tracking numbers.
Delivery timeframes vary by destination and depend on several factors including:

- The shipping method selected at checkout
- Customs processing times (for international orders)

Free Shipping
Complimentary standard shipping is available on all orders of SGD $200 and above (excludes Rest of World destinations).

For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and fees may apply depending on your country's regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
