Quality Issues & Manufacturing Defects
We stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or quality issue, we will provide a free replacement or full refund.
Eligible Issues Include:

- Incorrect items shipped
- Print quality issues caused by production errors
Change of Mind & Wrong Size/Color
Since all our products are custom-made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Change of mind after ordering
- Ordering the wrong size or color
- Minor size variations (less than 1 inch from our size guide)
- Personal preference regarding fit or style
We strongly recommend reviewing our detailed size guides before placing your order to ensure the perfect fit.
How to Report an Issue
If you've received a defective or damaged item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
- Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue
- Include clear photos showing the problem
- Our team will review your claim and respond within 2-3 business days
Refund Process
Once your claim is approved:
- You will receive either a free replacement or a full refund
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method
- Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You are not required to return the defective item
Regional Exceptions
Brazil: Customers in Brazil have a legal right to cancel their order within 7 calendar days of receiving it under the country's "right to regret" policy. Please contact us if this applies to your order.
